LUBRICATION
FULL RANGE OF FACTORY LUBRICATED TREATMENTS: SUITABLE FOR-20°C TO 120°C WORKING ENVIRONMENTS.
  • Optional lubricants:
    Food grade grease (for kitchen/appliance products). Low/high temperature grease (special environments). Ultra-quiet grease (motor equipment).
  • Encapsulated lubrication solution: support long-life maintenance-free bearing customisation.
  • Lubrication customisation: support for grease holes / high seal packages /intermittent lubrication design.
ACCURACY AND CLEARANCE
Supported accuracy levels: ABEC-1, ABEC-3, ABEC-5, ABEC-7, to meet the needs from general applications to high speeds.
Clearance matching options: C2, C0, C3, C4, C5, can be flexibly deployed according to shaft mating relationship, load, thermal expansion and other conditions.
