These 6002ZZ idler rollers are the bigger, beefier brothers to our smaller 608 series – built for jobs that need more contact, more stability, and more load without sacrificing smooth, quiet performance. Every roller starts with a genuine 6002ZZ double-shielded ball bearing pressed into a precision wheel, giving you that reliable, low-maintenance spin you can count on day in and day out. The 15mm inner bore fits standard 15mm shafts or rods perfectly, no adapters or shims needed.

We offer them in a few practical sizes and materials so you can match your setup exactly. The white POM plastic versions come in 35mm and 40mm diameters with widths of 11mm and 12mm – they're lightweight, low-friction, and super wear-resistant, making them great for medium-duty linear motion like upgraded sliding doors, barn door tracks, conveyor rollers, or heavier 3D printer where you want minimal drag and long life.
